Seven years to a sign — a marker of cohort, not of person.
Uranus spends seven years in each sign, so everyone born within a seven-year window shares its placement. Whatever it describes, it is not individual.
This is the general rule for the outer planets, and the reason this site weights them at a half in its elemental balance while luminaries count triple: a body shared by millions cannot distinguish one of them.
It is the first planet unknown to the ancients, and its assignment to Aquarius is a modern act. The traditional scheme gives Aquarius to Saturn and has no place for Uranus at all.
